  • Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • MS OFFICE – MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
  • Punctual, Disciplined with good personality.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Should be good in English Grammar.
  • Co-ordination with government officials.
  • Daily discuss with MD and prepare to - do list with timeline and follow up to keep his schedule organised.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting for all the meetings with MD & should be able to understand the strategic business language in order to understand how to make minutes of meeting with timelines .
  • Follow up with others to provide the required input to MD after meeting as per the decided timeline.
  • Manage MD Office (Housekeeping).
  • Female Preferred.
  • Experience : 2 to 4 years.
  • Educational qualification : BBA, MBA, BA in English, MA in English.
