Job Title: Area Service In-charge

Level: Engineer

Qualification & Experience : B.E/ B. Tech./ Diploma- Electrical/E&C, Exp: 2 – 4 Yrs

Function :   

Managed Services

Span of Control

Reports to Service Coordinator

Role Objective   

    Responsible for meeting service delivery.
    Spare and inventory management.
    To provide overall support for field service operations.

Principal Accountability   

    CSAT and regular interactions with respective stakeholders at all levels.
    Spare and inventory management

    Ensuring spare availability on time in field
    Ensuring faulty spare return from field to store
    Spare recovery from left technicians

    Ensuring proper coordination between GEMC and field technicians.
    Quality Audit of sites (visit).
    Check quality of FSR filled by technicians.
    FSR and PM verification from customers.
    Project/ PT execution, wcc verification and submission.
    RCA and corrective action recommendation for problematic sites/ fire incidents etc.
    OMEGA & CMS account generation request for new hire and deactivation of left technicians.
    Induction (F2O) completion 100%.
    Addition / Deletion of sites in CMS / RAMCO.
    Training and technical support to OME manpower and sharing of feedback.
    Employees training.

Essential Requirements for Fitment   

    Knowledge of service industry.
    Experience of managing large teams
    Willing to travel across the circle.
    Training skills
    Knowledge of MS Office.

    Good Communication skills
    Self motivator
